For those moments when your purchase is not absolutely perfect. Vi-Ga is pleased to offer its high standard of customer service when it comes to exchanging merchandise.

Unworn merchandise may be returned in its original box with the receipt for an exchange or refund with in 14 days of purchase. The exchange or refund will be equal to the current prevailing selling price of the merchandise.

All merchandise has a 3 month manufacturing guarantee; Vi-ga’s commitment is if we can not repair the shoe for you we will replace it. The current prevailing selling price will be taken into consideration.

There will be no refund or exchange during sales or promotions.

Due to company policies we are unable to accept any
merchandise for returns or exchange with out an original receipt.
